- My skin is super soft.

I have been taking Swanson's ovarian glandular for about eight months now. It has had a positive effect for me so far.
Observed Effects:
- I believe it has had some effect to slow down and/or reduce masculine hair, though I also use Silk'n laser hair removal devices.
- My skin does seem to be getting softer, which I love, though I also use Oil of Olay age-defying bath gel.
- I believe my breasts are getting rounder and more shapely, though I also use breast fullness cream and pills. I am trying to be patient.
Dosage Change:
While I do believe it has softened my skin, I was hoping for a more dramatic change. I was taking the recommended dosage of one pill daily. After reading more reviews, I recently decided to up the dosage to four capsules daily (4 times the recommended amount), hoping for more rapid and dramatic results to help me achieve my goal to be female.

I am a cis male and present as extremely male, but I really like having small perky breasts. I stopped M2F HRT years ago.
Current Regimen:
- Just started taking these: 2 in the AM and 2 at night.
- I was taking PM (2 gms/day) and liked how it seemed to plump up my girls, but I want to see if I can get a little growth from BO (Bovine Ovarian).
- I am taking them on an empty stomach and won't be supplementing them with anything else.

I am male, feminine, gender non-binary, and possibly intersexual. I like these capsules. They seem to be working for me.
Initial Regimen:
- Initially I started with six caps daily, now I take three.
- Each month I stop altogether for five days, and then get back on them.
- In addition, I started taking chaste berry (Vitex) to help lower my androgen levels.
Comparison to HRT:
Years ago, I was on prescription HRT (injection and pill). While they worked, they had side effects. The ovarian capsules are much easier on the body and don't suppress testosterone as estrogen meds do; rather, they naturally convert testosterone into estrogen.
UPDATE: Regimen Change
Seems that even 3 caps per day were too many for me.
- Stopped the Raw Ovarians for now.
- I have been taking Vitex for a week (one in the morning and one at night).
- Will resume Ovarian at one cap in the morning and one Vitex in the evening.
- Also adding Calcium Citrate Plus Magnesium (but not the kind with zinc or D3).
- Stopped spearmint tea.
I may eventually increase to two Ovarian caps in the morning. I've learned this combination is probably the safest and most effective, though it may take one to three years to get the results I'm looking for, and that is okay.

Initial Results (After a Few Days/One Week):
- Felt better and more brighter than ever.

I'm posting this review after using these supplements for 30 days.
Dosing:
My dosing was always two a day: one at night, one in the morning.
Effectiveness:
I wouldn't expect these to be equivalent to HRT. However, these are strong supplements! They have an almost immediate mood-improving effect. I was experiencing dire straits, wild hormone imbalance, and self-destructive thoughts. I got these because I felt like I needed more estrogen, and I guess that wild guess was correct. I feel so much better.
The first time I took these, I took two at once just to see if they did anything. I could feel it in a couple places pretty quickly. If you think you have a hormone imbalance, give these a try. You might get the mental results you want within a week.
I've ordered three more bottles and will keep taking these for a while yet.

I used this as a substitute for HRT and I did find that it gave:
- Smoother skin.
- Slower leg hair growth.
- A few other minor benefits.
However, I never experienced any tenderness or changes in breast, body weight, or anything major. After a while, I decided to do the smart thing and see a therapist to start prescription HRT meds the correct way.
Recommendation:
If you're looking for smoother face skin and very minor changes, this might work. If you're looking for more effective and long-term changes, seek out gender-affirming services backed by a doctor.

This is a good product on the whole. As a trans person, one thing I hoped it would do is kill my erections, which some people said it may do. This has not been effective so far. (I did 3 years of HRT, and that didn't totally stop it either).
I will likely return to HRT soon. If you're wanting boob enlargement from this, give it time and be patient. That's the best advice I can give, but realize that there's no full substitute for HRT from an OTC source.

Wow. The first month has been very strange.
Dosage:
I started off by taking 1 a week and upped it to 4 a day on the 4th week. I am currently 7 weeks in, still at 4 a day.
Effects:
- The first thing that hit me was the change of smell. My boss even commented on it. I guess my pituitary gland is starting up again.
- Definitely some fat changes to my hips.
- I have gained added volume; I was a small A before and am now a Full A.
- My thighs have also filled out a bit. They are definitely more womanly.
- My butt is starting to jiggle a bit too.

I bought these because I had gender dysphoria pretty bad. I've taken all 3 bottles, 1000 mg 3 times daily.
Key Results:
- Erections are slow.
- Breast growth?! That happened. I can fit an A cup no problem (I also have gynecomastia).
- My emotions are all over the place.
We worked things out, and my wife is with me in this transition! I was able to see a doctor and found out that I had low testosterone for an average male. I've been on these pills for about 3 weeks now and can attest that they will lower your testosterone and increase your estrogen.

This product works for me quite well as a MTF later in life. I tried a number of other products (herbs, Pueraria Mirifica, then bovine ovary from Swanson's).
Results:
- I not only have breasts, albeit small, but they are quite shapely and still growing (if you have body temperature at the proper level).
- I also have wider hips (I was 35 in the hips, now I'm 36 1/4).
Recommendation:
I do recommend buying them directly from Swanson via Amazon, as they always are in stock and the shipping is reliable.

I've been trying to grow my 'girls' for years now (MTF), but PM (Pueraria Mirifica) didn't seem to cut it.
It's been about two months now. Since then:
- I've filled my 38B bralettes. My lingerie feels sexy and FULL.

I am a transwoman (MTF) and I've been using this product for a little over a year now. Though it was a slow process, I've had great success. These pills have given me a wonderful chest.
Dosage:
I generally take 3 a day: one in the morning, one mid-day, and one before bed.
I did not see results (budding) until well into my 5th-6th month. Everybody's body is different, but this worked for me. This is a great product that I will continue to use.

In a few months I've noticed change. I'm about 4 or 5 months in now.
